Wall of Face is a social experiment disguised as a website. Instead of a feed curated by an algorithm, it is one long wall of portraits, in the order people joined. Every square is a real person who paid one euro to be there, and every face keeps its number forever: #1 was first, and the wall only grows from there.
There is no account to create and no profile to maintain. You upload a portrait, add an optional nickname, country and short message, and your face takes the next free number. Submissions are reviewed before they appear, so the wall stays what it promises to be — a straightforward parade of faces and nothing else.
It is for anyone who likes the idea of being publicly and permanently famous without the spectacle: no followers, no metrics, no performance. People who collect strange corners of the internet, friends daring each other to join, and anyone from any country who simply wants their face on a wall.
Wall of Face is designed, built and maintained by Digital Revolution, an independent studio that makes small, unusual things on the internet.
